+ What is your Cancellation/Reschedule Policy?
Cancellations/reschedules are only accepted 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled in order to allow the appropriate amount of time for the stylist to be able to fill your cancelled appointment. Cancellations made with-in 24 hours(yes, even 23.5 hours) will be charged 100% of the service amount they are booked for.
+ What is your late policy?
We have a strict 15 minute late policy, if you arrive to your appointment after our 15-minute grace period you will be charged 100% of your service.
+ What if I no call, no show?
All no call, no show appointments will be charged the 100% of the service amount they are booked for.
+ Where do I park?
We have free street parking located in-front of the salon, there are meters but they are donation only and you will NOT be ticketed for not paying(Silly, we know!). There are also free parking lots through-out the mall.
+ What is your refund policy?
We guarantee all our styling produts, if you are not satisfied with a product, bring it back and we will exchange it for a new one! However, all services and extensions are non-refundable.
